Straight Answers. One of Them Is No.

What if the size is wrong?

You send the unworn pair back on our prepaid label within thirty days. Sizing and fit are accepted return reasons. Would you rather swap than refund? You can have the same shoe in a different size, width or colour.

Can I return them after wearing them outside?

Try them indoors first. PAHI accepts returns and exchanges for sizing and fit within thirty days of delivery, and ordering more than one size to find the right one is an accepted reason. Shoes that come back unworn are the ones nobody has to argue about, so keep the pair you are sending back off the pavement.

Will these stop me falling?

No. PAHI is not a medical device and nothing you wear can promise that. What the outriggers do is give you a wider base to stand on than a standard shoe.

Do they look like orthopaedic shoes?

No, and that is most of the point.

I have wide feet. I have bunions. I wear orthotics.

You can get Wide in every size, the toe box is wider than a standard sneaker, and the insole lifts out so your own prescribed orthotic drops straight in.
